1. Acceptance

By using FemsChat you agree to these terms set by Fems Technology Nigeria Ltd.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FemsChat.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account, password and transaction PIN. Do not share them.

4. Prohibited content

No pornography, hate speech, piracy, fraud, scams, harassment or illegal activity.

5. Video uploads

Upload only videos you own or have rights to. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

6. Music uploads

Artists must own the rights to uploaded music. Uploads are reviewed before publishing.

7. Wallet and bank transfers

Bank transfers carry a fee of N10. Minimum bank transfer is N1,000. Transfers between FemsChat users are free. Always confirm recipient details; completed transfers may not be reversible.

8. No chargeback fraud

Disputing legitimate payments or abusing refunds will lead to suspension and may be reported to authorities.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

Fems Technology Nigeria Ltd. is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of FemsChat, to the extent allowed by law.
