1. Introduction

FemsChat is operated by Fems Technology Nigeria Ltd. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use FemsChat.

2. Data we collect

Name, email, phone number, profile and cover photos, videos you upload, music you play, chat messages, wallet transactions, BVN or NIN for wallet verification, and Facebook/YouTube access tokens if you choose to connect those accounts.

3. How we use data

To run your account, deliver messages and calls, show your content, process wallet payments, prevent fraud, and improve FemsChat.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections. Access is restricted by account; phone numbers, birthdays, emails and wallet balances are never shown to other users. Transaction PINs are stored only in hashed form.

5. Who we share with

Payment partners (Paystack and Flutterwave) receive only what is needed to process payments. We do not sell your data.

6. Your rights

You can request deletion of your account or a download of your data at any time by emailing us.

7. Children's privacy

FemsChat is for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
